Stuffed Pepper

A flavourful detox drink with a holiday mood, served in its bell pepper, tropical island-style.

Ingredients

    3cl 1883 Red Pepper syrup
    2cl lime juice
    5cl pomegranate juice
    6cl mint-flavoured green tea

preparation

    Scoop out a large bell pepper in advance.
    The volume of the drink will depend on the size of the pepper.
    Infuse the green tea with the mint, and leave to cool.
    Pour all the ingredients in a blender cup, top up with crushed ice, and mix to obtain an even consistency (add more ice if necessary).
    Pour in the pepper.
    Decorate with goji berries, mint leaves, pomegranate seeds, and the "lid" of the pepper.
