Saffron Crème Brûlée

A greedy twist of the famous French dessert.

Ingredients

    For 4 persons
    10cl 1883 Saffron syrup
    5 egg yolks
    50cl single cream

preparation

    Mix egg yolk and syrup, beat it hard until smooth.
    Add the single cream slowly and mix well.
    Pour it in 4 Toddy pots and bake it for 1 hour at 100°C.
    Let it cool down and caramelized with brown sugar.
