Proust Iced Coffee

An indulgent version of iced coffee, with biscuity notes to conjure childhood memories.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Madeleine syrup
    5cl espresso
    12cl full cream milk

preparation

    Can be made in a shaker (or with the hamilton beach).
    Pour all the ingredients into a shaker cup, and fill with ice.
    Shake (or blitz) the mix, then strain into a tumbler (a light froth should form).
    Decorate with a mini madeleine and a grated tonka bean.
