Honey Cinnamon Viennese

A mouth-watering, gently spiced, a variation of a Viennese Coffee.

Ingredients

    2cl Honey
    2cl 1883 Cinnamon syrup
    5cl Espresso
    Whipped cream flavoured with 1883 cinnamon syrup

preparation

    Pour the honey and the 1883 cinnamon syrup in a large cup.
    Add the espresso, then the cinnamon-flavoured whipped cream.
    Sprinkle with some cinnamon powder.
    To make the cinnamon whipped cream: pour 400ml liquid sour cream and 100ml 1883 Cinnamon syrup in a 500ml siphon, and add a N2O cartridge.
    Chill for 2 hours.
