Green Lady

A twist of the famous White Lady.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Tarragon syrup
    1cl Génépi L’Ancienne
    2,5cl lemon juice
    4,5cl London dry gin
    1 egg white

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients in a small shaker tin.
    Make a dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
    Fill of ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
    Strain in a chilled coupe (or a Martini glass).
    Garnish with a tarragon stick and a lemon peel.
