Financiers with roasted walnuts and apricots

Ingredients

    30g 1883 Amaretto syrup
    60g sugar
    35g flour
    35g walnut kernels
    3 egg whites

preparation

    Pulverize the walnuts into powder.
    Melt the butter in a pan until obtain a brown tint.
    Mix the flour, the powder walnuts, the sugar and the syrup.
    Add egg whites.
    Whip.
    Add the melted butter.
    Pour the preparation into molds.
    Cook 12 minutes to 180°C (thermostat 6).
