Crunchy goat cheese lacquered with hazelnut

Ingredients

    10cl 1883 Hazelnut syrup
    10cl single cream
    10g chopped chives
    2 sheets dough with brig
    120g goat cheese
    30g butter
    Salt/pepper

preparation

    Melt the butter until it is clarified.
    Crumble the goat cheese in a bowl and mix with the chives, the cream, the salt and the pepper, until the mixture is homogeneous.
    Expend the sheet of brick pastry with a roller, and buttered it using a brush.
    Cut it in half and add approximately 30gr of mixture on 1/2 of the pastry then run as a spring roll.
    Warm a frying pan then cook the rolls, set apart a small cup with 1883 Hazelnut syrup.
