White Ninja

A cocktail with complex spicy and sweet notes, which will leave nobody cold.

Associated products 1883 Chai Tea Syrup

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Chaï Tea syrup
    50g white chocolate
    Milk
    3g Sichuan pepper
    Ginger
    Pepper
    Cinnamon

preparation

    Make the liquid white chocolate by melting 50g of cooking chocolate in 50cl of milk.
    Leave to cool.
    Fill a shaker with ice and add the ingredients.
    Shake vigourously and sieve into a glass filled with crushed ice.
    Top up with ice and decorate.
