Verbena Passion

A flavoured infusion where the slight sour touch provided by the lemon is ideally replaced by the passion fruit and gives a bit of a kick by the pepper.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Passion fruit Creation Fruits
    14cl verbena infusion
    Sichuan pepper

preparation

    Infuse fresh verbena in a teapot full of hot water.
    Place a few pepper corns in a teacup, add the puree and top up with piping-hot infusion.
    Stir for an even consistency.
    Decorate with verbena leaves.
