The Pousse Café requires a bit of dexterity and patience to be perfectly done.

Ingredients

    1cl 1883 Red Passion syrup
    0,5cl green mint cream
    0,5cl Maraschino
    0,5cl Galliano
    0,5cl blue curaçao
    0,5 yellow Chartreuse
    0,5cl Cognac

preparation

    Succesively pour the different product with a mixing spoon.
    Can be drunk inflamed.
