Saffron Viennois

An easy and greedy drink with light flower flavour.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Saffron syrup
    2cl 1883 Chocolate sauce
    14cl chocolated milk
    3g green tea
    Whipped cream

preparation

    Make a hot chocolate with green tea: warm up 20cl of whole milk and pour 2cl of 1883 Chocolate Sauce, add 3g of green tea and stir well.
    Let infuse few minutes and strain.
    In a cup, pour the syrup and the hot chocolate, stir well.
    Coat with whipped cream.
    Garnish with saffron threads, chocolate shavings and chocolate powder.
