Red Light Crusta

A younger twist of the New Orlean classic cocktail.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Red Passion syrup
    4cl Cognac
    2cl lemon juice
    1cl Maraschino
    2 dashes Peychauds bitter
    2cl water

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, complete with ice, then shake well.
    Strain in a balloon glass filled with crushed ice the add ice.
    Garnish with a lemon peel and 2 maraschino cherry.
