Raspberry Forest

A very moreish drink reminiscent of an ice cream or a cake.

Associated products 1883 Amaretto Syrup

Ingredients

    10 fresh raspberries
    4cl 1883 Amaretto syrup
    50g dark chocolate
    Milk
    Crushed ice
    Raspberry for decoration
    Mixed nuts

preparation

    Make the dark chocolate by melting 50g of cooking chocolate in 50cl of milk.
    Leave to cool.
    Pour all the ingredients into a blender, cover with crushed ice, and blend to obtain a sorbet-like texture.
    Pour into a hurricane glass and decorate.
