Popcorn Crème Brûlée

Ingredients

    10ml 1883 Pop Corn syrup
    60ml cream milk mix
    40ml vanilla Vodka
    10ml hazelnut liqueur
    1 egg white
    1 egg yolk

preparation

    Add Vodka first, then hazelnut liqueur, egg yolk and cream milk mix, shake and serve in a Martini glass.
    Build foam with egg white and Pop Corn syrup, pour on top and burn it.
