Pepper Mint Tea

Tea with a twist - so you can enjoy it with slightly stronger notes. A pleasing combination of flavours on the palate.

Ingredients

    1.5cl 1883 Red Pepper syrup
    10cl Ceylon tea
    1cl mandarin orange juice
    6 mint leaves

preparation

    Infuse ceylon tea for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.
    Put the mint in a transparent cup (or toddy glass) then add all the products, ending with the piping-hot tea.
    Stir.
    Decorate with a mint sprig and pieces of mandarin-orange peel.
