Pacific Julep

Ingredients

    Lemon verbena leaves
    2cl 1883 Yuzu Lemon syrup
    Crushed ice
    0.5cl lime juice
    12cl tonic water

preparation

    Muddle 5-6 lemon verbena leaves in a Tumbler.
    Add 2cl of 1883 Yuzu Lemon Syrup, then fill three-quarters full with crushed ice.
    Finish with 0.
    5cl of lime juice and 12 cl of Tonic water.
    Stir.
