Nougat in Love

1883 French Nougat syrup adds a sweet touch and spreads its dominant honey notes through this chilled coffee topped with sour cream.

Ingredients

    1.5cl 1883 French Nougat syrup
    10cl cold coffee
    Lightly whipped sour cream
    Pinch of crushed roasted almonds

preparation

    Pour 1.
    5cl of 1883 French Nougat syrup and 10cl of cold coffee in a shaker.
    Shake, and serve in a chilled Cocktail glass.
    Cover with the lightly whipped sour cream, and sprinkle with a pinch of crushed roasted almonds.
