Nougat Colada

A nice virgin twist of the famous Portorican cocktail.

Ingredients

    3cl 1883 French Nougat syrup
    1 pineapple slice
    9cl pineapple juice
    6cl coconut milk

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients (a 2cm slice of pineapple is enough to give a fresh and attractive texture) in a blender cup.
    Fill of crushed ice and mix until smooth.
    Pour in a Tumbler (or a Take Away glass).
    Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
