Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Anise syrup
    6 mint leaves
    16cl water, still or sparkling
    1 dash Antésite

preparation

    Put the mint in a tumbler, fill with ice cubes, add the syrup and (still or sparkling) water.
    Stir and round off with a dash of Antésite.
    Decorate with a mint spring, half a liquorice stick, and a piece of star anise.
