Ingredients

    30g 1883 Coconut syrup
    100g butter
    30g sugar
    50g flour
    3 eggs
    150g chocolate
    2 yeast coffee spoons
    1 single cream soup spoon

preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C, thermostat 6.
    Melt the butter.
    Mix together the eggs, the sugar, the syrup, the flour and the yeast.
    Add the melted butter.
    Melt the chocolate and incorporate it into the mixture.
    Add the cream.
    Poor the dough into muffin tins and put in the oven for 12 minutes.
