Milky Gingerbread

A soft drink in the spirit of eggnog, perfect for Christmas time in this alcohol-free twist.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Gingerbread syrup
    1 egg yolk
    6cl orange juice
    8cl whole milk

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients in a small shaker tin.
    Do a dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds.
    Fill of ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
    Strain in a chilled Tumbler without ice.
    Garnish with gingerbread crumbs and orange peel.
