Ingredients

    4cl 1883 Mango syrup
    2cl white chocolate sauce
    1 scoop (10cl) peach sorbet
    15cl full cream milk

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients into a blender, add a scoop of crushed ice, and blitz until the texture is smooth and creamy.
    Serve in a 50cl hurricane glass.
    Garnish with a mango fan, pineapple leaf, and white chocolate sauce.
