Madeleine Grog Tea

A hot drink for the long winter evenings.

Associated products 1883 French Madeleine Syrup

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Madeleine syrup
    4cl Spiced Rum
    10cl Rooibos tea
    2 dashes chocolate bitters
    5 Sichuan peppercorns

preparation

    Put the peppercorns in a large pre-warmed Toddy glass.
    Add the syrup, the Rum and the bitters.
    Top up with piping-hot tea and stir well.
    Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
