Ingredients

    3cl 1883 Peppermint syrup
    50g dark chocolate
    50cl milk
    mint
    grated chocolate

preparation

    Make the dark chocolate by melting 50g of cooking chocolate in 50cl of milk.
    Leave to cool.
    Fill a shaker with ice and add the chocolate and syrup.
    Shake vigourously and sieve into a conical glass.
    Decorate with a spring of mint and grated chocolate.
