Japanese à la Proust

A simply and delicious twist of the famous Japanese Cocktail.

Associated products 1883 French Madeleine Syrup

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Madeleine syrup
    5cl Cognac (Brandy)
    2 dashes chocolate bitters

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass full of ice.
    Stir well.
    Strain in a chilled Martini glass.
    Garnish with black chocolate shavings and a small madeleine.
