Ingredients

    3cl 1883 Pear syrup
    2cl 1883 Chocolate sauce
    15cl full cream milk

preparation

    Can be prepared in a shaker or a Hamilton Beach.
    Pour all the ingredients into an ice-filled shaker.
    Shake or mix until you obtain a light frothy milk emulsion, and strain into a tumbler.
    Garnish with dark chocolate, grated cinnamon, and pear.
