Ginger Berries Iced Latte

Here's the ideal alternative to strawberry milk for people with a lactose intolerance. Looks good and tastes (indulgently) good.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Ginger syrup
    3cl raspberry puree
    12cl soy milk

preparation

    Pour the syrup and milk into a tumbler full of ice cubes.
    Stir, then add the puree on the surface.
    Decorate with a mint spring, raspberries and ginger.
