    1.5cl 1883 Speculoos syrup
    1.5cl 1883 Croissant syrup
    15cl cold milk
    2 shots espresso
    Ice

preparation

    Mix all ingredients together in a 48cl serving glass.
    Add ice, garnish with whipped cream and crumbs of biscoff cookies.
    Serve.
