A lush, mouth-watering variation on the famous Cappuccino, with biscuity notes.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Chocolate Cookie syrup
    6cl espresso
    12cl full cream milk

preparation

    Pour the syrup in a hot cup and draw a coffee in it.
    Pour the (chilled) milk in a milk jug and froth with a steam wand.
    Pour the milk in the cup, forming a white heart.
    Garnish with chocolate shavings in the centre, and cookie crumbs round the edge.
