Concombre Provençal

A provencal flavoured mocktail.

Associated products 1883 Cucumber Syrup

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Cucumber syrup
    100g (10cl) cottage cheese
    1 “herbes de provence” pinch
    5cl goat milk

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients in a blender cup.
    Fill of crushed ice until the level of the liquid.
    Mix until smooth.
    Serve in a Tumbler or milk bottle.
    Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber slice.
