Caramel Macchiato

As for vanilla, many flavours can be used to flavour macchiatos.

Ingredients

    3cl espresso
    2cl 1883 Caramel syrup
    20cl milk foam

preparation

    Pour the chilled milk in a milk jug with the caramel syrup.
    Foam with a steam wand to obtain a creamy, smooth consistency.
    Pour in a Toddy glass, and layer the espresso over it.
    Decorate with half a vanilla pod.
