Brasiliorchis Sour

An amazing fancy drink where the subtlety of the orchid syrup and the lemon yuzu juice are skillfully transported by the strength of the Brazilian sugar-cane spirit.

Ingredients

    5cl Cachaça
    1.5cl Bénedictine
    2cl yuzu lemon juice
    1.5cl 1883 Orchid syrup
    1 egg white (4cl)
    2 dashes plum bitters

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, dry-shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
    Fill with ice cubes, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
    Leak out, with a sieve for ice cubes, in a glass Old Fashionned on a big ice cube.
    Decorate with orchid petals and a deshydrated yuzu-lemon wheel.
