Ingredients

    For 1 portion
    3cl 1883 Blueberry Muffin syrup
    20cl liquid whole cream
    1 gelatin leaf

preparation

    Make the gelatin leaf soften in cold water for a few minutes.
    Warm up the cream with the syrup then dissolve the gelatin.
    Stir well, then pour in a mold.
    Let rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
    Unmold and garnish with blueberries.
