Blue Cake Eggnog

A complex and surprising christmas drink with red fruits and cake greedy flavours.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Blueberry Muffin syrup
    3cl Dark French Rhum
    1 egg yolk
    12cl whole milk
    2c Red Port

preparation

    In a small shaker tin, pour all the ingredients except red Porto.
    Fill of ice and shake vigorously for 10 sec.
    Strain in a Tumbler glass on ice.
    Pour the red porto on the top.
    Mix well before drink.
    Garnish with blueberries and orange peel.
