Black Scorpion

Here is a reinterpretation of a famous tiki cocktail by Trader Vic. Its exotic and spicy notes are more pronounced than in the original. A fruity cocktail, perfect at any time of the day.

Associated products 1883 Almond Syrup

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Almond syrup
    2cl Cognac
    2cl Pineapple juice
    1cl Lime juice
    3cl Jamaican dark Rum
    4 dashes Angostura bitters

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients in a blender and filled with crushed ice.
    Blend to obtain a smooth, shiny, frozen texture.
    Pour into a Tumbler.
    Decorate with a mint sprig and an edible scorpion.
    If you do not have one, a pineapple quarter will be fine.
