A modern and greedy twist of the famous Italian coffee drink.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Pop Corn syrup
    7cl coffee espresso
    12cl whole milk

preparation

    Pour the cold milk and the syrup in a milk pot.
    Warm up with a steam nozzle to obtain a nice foam.
    Pour in a Toddy glass or in a transparent cup.
    Run the espresso on the top and finish coat with milk foam.
    Garnish with cocoa powder and some pop corn.
