Barbadia Latte

A greedy and surprising latte, perfect for people who are lactose intolerant.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Falernum syrup
    3cl espresso
    4cl coconut milk
    6cl soy milk

preparation

    Run an espresso and let it cool.
    Pour all the ingredients in a small shaker tin full of ice.
    Shake hard for 10 seconds.
    Pour all in a Tumbler (or in a Take away glass).
    Garnish wih coconut powder, almonds, grated lime peel and soy.
