Ingredients

    5cl cognac
    1.5cl white pineau des charentes
    1.5cl 1883 Apricot syrup
    1 egg yolk
    1 dash aromatic bitters

preparation

    Pour all the ingredients into a shaker cup, fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
    Strain into a chilled metal cup.
    Decorate with grated nutmeg, a dried apricot and a dash of aromatic bitters.
