Orchid Tea

Ice tea has become a very popular drink, and offers endless flavouring potential. Here's an attractive floral example, blending orchid and green tea, which can be drunk hot or cold.

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Orchid syrup
    1cl lemon juice
    12cl green tea

preparation

    Infuse the green tea in boiling water.
    Taste, and strain when flavour is optimal (before it gets too bitter).
    The mixture can be prepared in advance for the cold version, by pre-mixing all the products, respecting the stated proportions.
    Decorate with a mint spring and lemon.
