Ginger Ti Punch

A light spicy twist of the famous West Indies Cocktail. Serve without ice as the original version (you can add some ice to obtain a less powerful drink).

Ingredients

    2cl 1883 Ginger syrup
    2 ginger slices
    Half lime cut in wedges
    5cl French White Rhum

preparation

    Put the green half-lime cut in districts, the ginger slices and the syrup in an Old fashioned glass.
    Crush hard to extract all the flavours.
    Complete with French White Rhum.
    Stir well.
    Serve it with a spoon to mix.
