Chocolate and Hazelnut cake

A tasty and gourmet cake.

Ingredients

    55g 1883 Hazelnut syrup
    10cl milk
    150g dark chocolate
    100g flour
    2 eggs
    110g sugar
    1/2 bag baking powder
    75g butter
    1 tbsp fresh cream

preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    Melt the chocolate with the butter in microwave.
    Beat eggs with the sugar.
    Add the fresh cream and the molten chocolate then the flour and the yeast.
    Add the milk and well mix, add the 1883 Hazelnut syrup.
    Butter a loaf pan.
    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and cook for 35 minutes.
    The center of the cake has to remain tender.
