Ingredients

    Chocolate Popcorn 1L:
    12cl 1883 Pop Corn syrup
    85cl skimmed milk
    10 to 20g black chocolate powder sugar free
    Milk & white chocolate foam:
    10cl 1883 White Chocolate syrup
    35cl whole milk
    1 egg white
    1 gelatin leaf

preparation

    To make chocolate popcorn: warm up the milk, add the chocolate powder and the syrup.
    Stir well to get an homogeneous drink.
    Let it cool in a freezer.
    To make white chocolate and milk foam: soften a gelatin leaf in cold water, then melt it in 10cl of hot milk.
    Pour 25cl of cold milk, 10cl of white chocolate syrup and the egg white in a 50cl siphon.
    Close and shake hard.
    Add a N2O cartridge.
    Let it cool in a freezer for at least 1 hour.
    Service: pour cold chocolate pop corn in a clear glass (every kind of glassware can be used), coat with white chocolate foam.
    Garnish with black and white chocolate shavings and some popcorn.
