  • 2cl 1883 Dark Chocolate Gourmet Sauce
  • 3cl 1883 Strawberry syrup
  • 2 scoops of Mocha Latte Frappe Powder
  • 15cl milk
  • Ice cubes (1 cup)
  • Chocolate cookies (pounded into powder)
  • Strawberry sauce (to garnish)
  • Cherry (to garnish)
  • Whipping cream (to garnish)

A new twist for the Black Forest!


Pour the powedered cookie in a glass. Pour the milk, the ice, the 1883 sauce and syrup, the frappe powder into a blender and blend. Pour the mixture in a glass, half way full, pour some whipped cream then fill up the remaining mixture (just lile a cake) . Garnish with whipped cream, add a little bit of strawberry sauce and the remaining chocolate cookies and a finishing touch of Morello Cherry. Serve.
