A palace cocktail for everybody, a complex drink to enjoy.
Infuse tea in hot water during few minutes, leave to cool and pour in a soda siphon, add a CO2 cartridge. Pour 1883 syrup, juices and gin in an iced filled tumbler top up with sparking lapsang souchong. Stir well before serving.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds, raspberry, lemon and mint sprig.
